Mike Ashton addressed the Cyprus Institute of Marketing Summit 2014
On Saturday 5th April, Mike Ashton addressed over 200 guests at the Cyprus Institute of Marketing’s Summit at Hilton Park Nicosia, with other key speakers such as Professor Paul A L Evans from INSEAD and Professor Lalit Johri from Said Business School, Oxford University.
Following speaking at last years 35th anniversary Annual Gala Dinner Mike Ashton was invited back to present ‘How to tackle the difficulties of leadership during times of adjustment’ in a paper entitled ‘ From Strategy to Reality: the Challenge of leading transformational change.’
Mike commented, “Another great event staged by the Institute and a great pleasure to present to so many enthusiastic and committed marketing professionals. Delivering sustained change to transform customer experience and drive competitive advantage is a challenge facing so many businesses today. A recent survey of marketing leaders suggests that organisations are frustrated by an inability to enhance their customer experience in ways that influence the purchase behaviour of their customers and produce a commercial return. The stumbling block appears to be a lack of know-how among senior managers when it comes to planning and delivering complex change and engaging members of staff. This can result in wasted time & resource and distraction from the core business. At ABCG we’ve harnessed years of practical experience in a change management tool called LaunchPAD. We use LaunchPAD to help clients from all sectors deliver sustained change while saving time, money and quite a few sleepless nights! The results are proven and impressive”.
