2012 BCA Conference

Mike Ashton has been invited to chair the annual conference of the BCA, which this year is being held at the Senate House of the University of London on May 17^th.  The Business Centre Association is the professional trade association representing business centres and managed workspace covering over 850 locations and 49 million square feet of office space.

At the conference Mike will also be reviewing the bespoke Academy that ABCG established on behalf of the BCA in 2011.  The Academy offers flexible and excellent value training on management and customer service skills for centre managers and staff in the sector.  Feedback from the 2011 was courses was extremely positive (see here) and the Academy is running again in 2012.  Further details and booking forms can be found here.
