Mike Ashton chairs bca Annual Conference

This week Mike Ashton chaired and spoke to the bca Annual Conference at the Hilton Canary Wharf in London.  The bca is the trade association of the UK managed office and work space industry, and the conference was attended by around 200 delegates.  Mike’s theme was managing customer relationships for long-term profit and handling difficult customers effectively.
